Notice TO 12 Month CUPE Employees
There seems to have been some miscommunication about the understanding of how December 24th 2009 will be applied to 12 month CUPE employees.
For clarification, it will be applied as it has been over previous years, as per the collective agreement. Whether you work the morning of the 24th or take it as vacation, you are still entitled to the 1/2 day employer paid day for the 24th of December.
